List each creditor, balance, monthly payment, and collection status. Mark disputed medical charges and unresolved insurance claims. Include current debts as well as overdue accounts so the consultation reflects the whole household.
Many unsecured credit-card and medical obligations can be addressed in bankruptcy, but exceptions and other requirements matter. Recent borrowing, the history of a particular debt, and your overall case require review. Do not assume every account will receive the same treatment.
